Domaine de Chevilly Quincy AOC 2013 Size::1 Bottle The surprisingly coolYves Lestourgie gave up cereal farming 20 years ago to make Quincy; his wife Graldine is an oenologue and helps Yves, as well as also advising numerous other growers in Quincy. They have 10 hectares of vines, with an average age of 24 years. Yves leaves the wine on its lees in tank right up to the moment of assemblage and bottling, to develop concentration and richness. This is now one of the best domaines in Quincy.
